INDICATIONS
Amitriptyline is utilized for treating depression. Amitriptyline can be a tricyclic antidepressant. How tricyclic antidepressants are believed to increase the adventure of certain chemicals within the brain (norepinephrine, serotonin), that help improve mood.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Amitriptyline as directed through your doctor.

STORAGE
Store Amitriptyline at room temperature, below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) in the tightly closed container. Store away from heat, moisture, and lightweight. Do not store within the bathroom. Keep Amitriptyline from the reach of kids and from pets.
All medicines might cause unwanted side effects, but a majority of people have no, or minor, unwanted effects.
Check along with your doctor if all of these most common side effects persist or become bothersome:
Blurred vision; alternation in sexual interest or ability; constipation; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth; headache; loss in appetite; nausea; tiredness; sleep disorders; weakness.
Seek medical attention immediately if any of these severe unwanted side effects occur:
Severe allergies (rash; hives; itching; breathlessness; tightness within the chest; swelling in the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); chest pain; confusion; dark urine; delusions; difficulty speaking or swallowing; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever, chills, or sore throat; hallucinations; new or worsening agitation, anxiety, panic disorder, aggressiveness, impulsiveness, irritability, hostility, exaggerated sense of well-being, restlessness, or inability to sit still; numbness or tingling in the arm or leg; one-sided weakness; seizures; severe or persistent dizziness or headache; severe or persistent sleep problems; slurred speech; suicidal thoughts or actions; tremor; trouble urinating; uncontrolled muscle movements (eg, of face, tongue, arms, legs); unusual bleeding or bruising; unusual or severe mental or mood changes; vision problems; yellowing with the skin or eyes.
