Exelon is employed for treating mild to moderate dementia (eg, impairment of memory or judgement, abstract thinking, alterations in personality) in patients with Alzheimer disease or Parkinson disease. Exelon can be a cholinesterase inhibitor. It works by increasing the volume of a particular substance (acetylcholine) inside the brain. This may lessen signs and symptoms of dementia in patients with Alzheimer disease.

STORAGE
